To update... I am now happily on vacation with cable repaired and tire monitor installed albeit problematic...tire #5 monitor is not working and causing me unnecessary stress. After posting I contacted the service manager by email and when I picked up at eight they were finishing up. The manager made it right and the ordered parts will be ready to install when I return. I seriously could have kissed that manager. He made it right. The delay did mean I forgot a box of groceries and we barely made it before they closed the campground gates, but we made it and you can buy milk and catsup anywhere.
