I have to say that I've been fortunate and haven't had those kind of problems. Now that we're in Ohio, I have been dealing with Moore's RV in North Ridgeville and they always schedule and complete work in a prompt manner. I've had the same experiences with Potts RV (Johnstown, OH), Avalon RV (Medina, OH), Mantelli Trailer Sales (Lockport, NY) and Ballantyne RV (Victor, NY). So, I guess I've been lucky.
