Check what it says on the hitch...There should be a tag. maybe they put a tiny 300 / 3500 lb hitch. You dont want that..
IMO at a minimum if your going to get a TT put on a WD hitch. It will net you 100 lbs more tounge weight..
Your going to need it..
They will net you 500 lb tounge.
Caravan hitchesPop ups often have heavier tounge weights then TT..
Jaycos IMO have some of the lightest tounges.
If you can deal with small space and making the dinette into your bed every night this is the way to go with a 305 lbs tongue 3500GVW.
I would still get the WD hitch though
154 BH jayco J flightIf you want to venture a little bigger, you can do this 18 footer with slightly higher tonge 320 and 3500.
Just note these are dealer stock only so you need to find one on a lot.
184 BH jay flightAlso the above are aluminum sided.. IMO these are about the best out there for you.
The non aluminum laminate bonding side 19 bh is nice, but it dont list the weights.. I have an inquiry to jayco on the and will post back when I get it..
But I would probably stick to the above models..
