Realize my plan sort of requires you to be saavy with checking out used RVs and also not super particular on the model. You’re not buying it for a lifetime, but rather for a month trip and say a years ownership (so you can sell it again in the spring).
IMO, the trip is not about having the exact dream RV, but about seeing the country with the camping/RV experience. Buy the one that’s the best shape for the least $ that has the biggest tanks and fridge you can find.
I’d still play the used private party depreciation game over buying from a dealer.
