If you're not towing and the RV is 24ft or shorter, then you're going to find it's not a big deal to back up. No worse than a full size pickup or van.
Mine is 21ft and I have easily backed-up and parked in every campground I've been to.
I don't use pull through sites - I leave them for those with 30+ footers and toads.
