You do know the bolt / handle is not the friction adjusting bolt. It is only the on / off "switch" tight is on, loose is off.
The adjusting bolt is the bottom one. Tighten the top all you want. It won't make much difference. Tighten the bottom one, and it won't ever move.
Also. You do know that if you get it too tight, It can prevent the TV from turning correctly, and prevent the Tt from full straightening out after a turn. so that it will always feel like the TV is trying to turn. This can be very dangerous, especially in the rain, and is why instructions tell you to remove it in wet conditions.
In truth. If your trailer "wobbles" with out the sway bar. You have other problems, that the sway control is only hiding. Fix your sway problem BEFORE you install sway control. A trailer that has to have sway control just to drive in a straight line, is a trailer just looking for a ditch to run into.
