Taking a travel trailer up Hwy 1 in California

I did Hwy 1 in a 2-seat roadster once. I loved it, my wife at the time not so much. It would definitely be a slow, windy experience, but I don't think you can't do it. As for me, if I'm in that area with my trailer, I'd take the 101. It is still a beautiful drive and occasionally close to the shoreline.

Funny note: you know I'm from California because I add "the" to my highways.
