Actually, if one asked, many parks have the 10 year rule, but it is used as a tool to keep out the trailer trash type RVs, not the nice looking RV. The park we are in has the rule in writing, but they only bring it out when they need to. Last year we had a very nice late 80's class A, but we also had a very tacky early 2000's class A come in. You can guess which one was allowed to stay and which had the rule invoked. Of the 2 commercial parks in town, one has the rule and one does not. You can tell which, by just driving through.
