Ok...I am ignorant to this 10 year rule. Am I correct in thinking that there are actual parks, campgrounds etc. that refuse any RV that is over 10 years old?

Please tell me I am wrong and that we as a society have not become so ...I can't think of a nice word to fill the blank.
