I have never encountered such a rule.
However, when I do; well, the rig is on wheels for a reason! I will simply get on down the road. I have no desire to stay is such an "elitist" park anyway.
I had, IMO, a good reason for buying an older rig: PERMANENT registration! That's right, now that the rig is 11 years old, I can, and have, put permanent registration on it. I will NEVER have to renew it!
For that savings I can live with not being able to stay at a few (very few, apparently) RV parks.
