Why? Because 99% of the facilities with a 10 year rule only have them to cover themselves for the very worst situations. With a blanket statement like that, you are excluding yourselves from what may be some terrific campgrounds.
The statement is as ridiculous as saying that you would only stay in Class-A only CG's. Other extreme, but still extreme nonetheless......
I keep photos of my coach on my phone and can easily have them in the hands of any CG in a few minutes.

I have said it before, and I will keep saying it: I will not patronize any park that has a 10 year rule. My rig is in good shape, but if they ask to inspect it to see if it meets their criteria, I will leave. I am not "their kind" of person!
