As for the 10 year rule, they are plastered all over the west. I've seen even 3 yr limits, but just once. And I have stood right there at the counter while the lady told one guy he couldn't stay because his was 12 years old. "But it's in great shape." Im sorry sir, but that is the rule." And that was all there was, minus the Harrumph! as he walked off.
I think the reason they are so prevalent out west is squatters. It's easy to beat the system though, 2 registrations. 1 for the police, and 1 for the park_nazi's. Yup, just bought it last week, aint she a beaut?
