I'd like to start an RV park and enable a No Toy Haulers rule!

All semi-kidding aside:

I don't think the age rules in most cases are probably for the people as much as the camper. Whoever it was who got all offended and said you can't tell the people from the camper haven't been around enough or observant enough to see that most of the time, you can.
