I'm sorry your wheels and RV were totaled yet glad to know you are OK physically which of course is the bigger concern. Good thoughts that the insurance company does well by you No advice what you should do next as far as a new RV; your heart will tell you what to do when all has settled down.
NYS is a no fault state so that might not work the same as other states.
