Not sure if I am any smarter than you (0r anyone else for that matter), but the tongue weight alone (including the 100# of WDH), will exceed your available payload. Very few trucks can even get close to their so called "Towing capacity" without exceeding payload. The Ecco boost will move it but with a GVWR of nearly 10,000# and 30'+ you will be asking a lot of the truck.
IMHO: By the time you load the family, pets, tools, toys etc you will will be way over the trucks GVWR. Can you do it? Yep. Should you do it? Not so much. :R
