I think a lot has to do with the region you are traveling. Some seem to be more popular in one area over another. Many of the places we have traveled, Good Sam has been widely accepted. KOA has been another we have used a good bit. With KOA you can build up points and redeem for free stays. Also look into other discounts you may be eligible for like senior citizens, military, disabled persons, etc.
