So we were supposed to get our RV tomorrow, but because of a money fiasco, we won't be picking it up until Friday. :S Anyhoo .... I would love it if everybody could share their tips, tricks, do's ...

It has taken me years to convince my wife that she doesn't have to take all of the food and supplies we will need for the entire trip from home. You can buy food and supplies nearly anywhere you are going and it will save wear and tear on the cabinets and lessen the chance of a cabinet opening up while traveling and spread everything all over the camper.
Just shop every couple of day for food (unless you are boondocking) which allows you to change your mind on what's for dinner.
