So we were supposed to get our RV tomorrow, but because of a money fiasco, we won't be picking it up until Friday. :S Anyhoo .... I would love it if everybody could share their tips, tricks, do's ...

People often tell tales like this.. What you got when the thing went BANG, was a SPIKE, not a SURGE.. The 200 dollar plus surge protector protects against both.
The less expensive model without the LCD display... Just spikes, not surges.
