What would be a good replacement toilet w/ a porcelain bowl high profile an elongated w/home style seat what about a dometic 320 or something else , Your experience an thoughts on this is apprecia...

The Dometic 310 / 320 series height is similar to a home flush toilet, ~ 18". Since the OP is looking for a toilet with an elongated ceramic bowl the Dometic 320 meets those requirements in a standard height toilet. :)
