Well what is the scale weight of the trailer axles? What is the max weight rating of the tires at 80 psi?
I run just about 9,500# on the 5er axles, and tires rated for 3,042# each 9,500/12,168 = 78 percent of max capacity 80 psi * .78 = 62.4, so I run at 70 psi. I have shocks, and they were the Lippert kit shocks (China) soon to be replaced with Monroe 555001's.
The only issue with our Rear kitchen, was a road buckle much like a speed bump at 45 mph, that was before shocks.
