Wife and I binge watched you video's yesterday. Obviously we enjoyed your videos on your rental experience and now your process of purchasing a TV and trailer. Well done.
Thank you for watching, we're glad you enjoyed them.

It was a microcosm of our process (we are 20 years older than you folks) as we developed our tastes and needs over the years. We found it amusing to see in you, what we saw in ourselves, as what we were sure we wanted and were going to do, changed and evolved. Nothing wrong with the evolution of needs and desires. Better than a hard headed approach, that you would regret later.
I wish we had a crystal ball. Since we've never lived on the road full time, it's tough to know exactly what we'll need/want. We follow a few other couples that have a similar mindset, and their advice is really helpful for us. We really won't know what we need 'till we've been out there a year or two, and even then our needs will most likely change. We're trying to "buy our 3rd RV first."

It appears you are still looking for the trailer. My only advice would be from what my mother gave me when I was planning to buy my first automobile. Buy what you want. Simple enough, but many of us don't as we weigh cost versus desire. But you will not be happy if you don't get what you really want, and you will end up spending more in a couple years to get it. Get it the first time.
Yup, still looking (though not actively looking at the moment, as we are neck-deep in working on the van.) Great advice, and a good reminder to me. I've been trying to weigh everything practically, but desire is a super important piece of the puzzle, and I've been ignoring it a little bit. Thanks for the reminder.

I am sure you people already know about these guys, but I will recommend them anyway. Long long honeymoon Excellent vids especially for you and your desire for an Airstream. They do not full time, but they have spent months in the trailer. They could be a wealth of information for you.Good luck!
Love their vids. We also love Technomadia, Gone with the Wynns, Chris Travels, exploring alternatives, and a few others that I can't remember right now. Loloho has been super helpful, especially in regards to airstreams as a full-time option.
We're wanting to check out some bigfoot trailers. Olivers seem like great trailers too, but they're a little small for our wants for full-time, and adding a composting trailer would prove to be difficult.
