If you don't have a towed, Liberty Harbor RV might be the answer. It is a parking lot with electric hookups and is not cheap. It will be a mile plus walk to the boat, but you can't get any closer. Things have changed and what I knew doesn't matter any more. LH is also at near the water taxi to Manhattan. It won't be cheap, but it will be memories.
