We stayed at Liberty Harbour last September we have a 36ft fiver and friends have a 35' class A. No problem getting there at all.
Short walk to train that goes to WTC subway.
You can also walk directly to the ferry from Jersey to Ellis Island and the Statue.
Not exactly glamping but awesome access to everything NYC.
