Water hookup...
We are taking our first trip in our 5th wheel Thursday. We have a 2002 r-vision. Do i need a water pressure regulator? Will not be using my tanks, just going from the hose to the camper. Also....

A regulator is a good thing to have. Better to have and need it than not have it and have needed it.
As far as the water thing goes....why not just fill up your on board tank during the day and use it from there? Especially if you will have to be disconnecting and reconnecting. You might be able to get a couple days use out of your your tank. Keeping you from having to go out in the cold less often.
