Water hookup problem

I have a 2002 Itasca Suncruiser. I'm checking things out after the storing it for the winter. I hooked up the water to the motorhome, first by just hooking up to city water, and then by filling the water tank, disconnecting the water connection to city water. In both cases I have very little water coming out of the kitchen and bathroom faucets. I get good water pressure from the shower, toilet and from the hose attachment to the kitchen water faucet and the drinking water faucet. Also the outside shower attachment works ok. I can't figure out what is causing the low water pressure out of the 2 faucets. Could it be air in the water lines? Water pressure measures 40 psi at the wague gauge when connected to city water. Any help would be appreciated.
  • Take the aerator off the end of the faucets and clean the screens. They tend to gunk up with mineral deposits.

    Yup, that's what mine did.

I second the aerator suggestion (Thanks to the person who made it I can never get the spelling right)

Also if the kitchen is a "Pull out head" type where the main faucet is also the sprayer... There is a check valve in the base of the head. (NOTE: Before you unscrew the hose for the head to remove and clean the valve.. Clamp the hose, (Binder clip or cloths pin it somehow) so it does not drop fully back into the faucet.
