water pump isnt working
My water is coming out fine with a city water hose hook up but when I go to the water pump nothing.How can i tell if water pump is bad.I can tell its on its humming just not pumping water

I did that can here the pump go on but doesnt pump water to sink or shower.I wonder if that valve being bad doesnt allow pressure to build up enough for pump to be effective
