As mentioned this'll be parked on a seasonal site.... And my long term goal is actually never to move it for 10-15 years (or until the kids get tired of camping). I assume that would make a quality surg protector and a better sewer line more important. I'm starting to make a checklist from the posts above. Anything else needed to be added?
As far as the budget.... I certainly don't have money coming out of my ears, but I anticipate that this is a LONG term investment. Basically, this is our family vacation fund until the kids are gone so any advice as to how and stay away from items that will only last a few years is appreciated.
