How would you run the ac?
Some RV have AC already on a wall mount... otherwise, you open your rooftop, disconnect the built-in thermostat from the fan and compressor relays, and connect those to the wall mount. Leave the AC's control knob turned on to either low or high and the wall thermostat (wifi or otherwise) controls it. There are videos on youtube, it's not as bad as it sounds actually.
