Yamaha Propane Generator

Buying a used camper that comes with Yamaha EF2800I generator.
Never had any experience with propane motors. Are they good or bad. If I don't like it I will try and sell it and get gas 2000mwatt gen.
I,m thinking this would run my AC. any tips or input appreciated

    The good: You don't have to deal with stale gas.

    The bad: Propane puts out less power than gasoline. Gallon for gallon you will use a lot more propane than gasoline. Propane engines can be a real witch to start in real cold weather.
