“Oh Oh, I’m not going to make it” stories that ended well

Going north on CA Hwy. 1 just south of Monterey some clown left turned in front of me...not at an intersection...to enter a driveway. I got the TV and TT stopped with a foot to spare. After a few minutes he gets out of his car and says he can’t complete the left turn since I’m blocking his vision being stopped in the one north bound lane, and would I backup? Thankfully a deputy sheriff arrived or I might have lost my temper. This wasn’t a child...about 40 year old male. PS - I didn’t backup!
