When I sold the house I took those jars of misc screws, nuts, bolts and nails that all of us have and hardly ever use. Dumped them in a “U” I made of some 2 inch pvc, poured in some Gorilla Glue. Probably weighs about 5 lbs. Works great.
Another good cheap alternative I’ve seen. Take a standard cinder block. Knock out the sidewall for one section. Set that over the sewer outlet to keep the hose from kicking out.
