We drove from Toronto to Orlando a few years ago with two kids (1,300 miles). Took us two full days (48 hours door to door, including sleep time). So it's doable. However, we were in a Class A, so the kids could stretch out (their favourite was making the dinette into the bed, buckling in and watching movies/playing games). But we also didn't have to stop for pee breaks, or food breaks, with driver permission, we allowed them to use the bathroom or get a snack. I can't imagine doing it buckled into the back of a truck.
And if you do, will you make them rotate, so one poor kid isn't always stuck in the middle seat?
