Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it?
Start at the post and verify you have power.
Then find where it comes into the panel and verify you have power to the panel.
Then check on the outgoing terminals of the panel.
Since the microwave also doesn't have power, I'm betting you find the issue by this point. If not keep working your way downstream until you reach a point where the power cuts off.
(if you don't know how to safely use a multimeter, learn first or hire a professional)
