After 22,000 miles we recently needed a transmission replacement. The new tranny, which I think is a 2015 model does work better than the original. I hope this one lasts longer than the first.
If you buy a Cherokee I would highly recommend the Chrysler max car lifetime extended warranty. I paid $2,000 for the warranty last year and worth the peace of mind.
