2017 Honda HR-V Not listed
2017 Dinghy Guide- Has Honda changed its mind? The 2017 HR-V owner's manual says the manual version is towable. Has that been withdrawn?

2015 Honda CRV transmission changed and is no longer towable.
Sadly the last towable year is 2014
