Hilarious that you are driving 75 mph with an 8k trailer and that little engine. You might need a 650 truck chassis to handle those speeds and not tear the truck up.
I see people doing that all the time out there and for goodness sakes I hope the truck is a rental…
Never buy a used rental vehicle!
I get going near or over 75 mph down some mountain (straight interstate where is safe for a semi to go that fast), but my blood pressure spikes to the ceiling of my big ole truck and much, much smaller trailer than yours. 75 is fast with that much weight behind you. That is heavier than your truck also.
Get on youtube and search for camper wrecks, watch a dozen camper trailers flip and have a new perspective… Most are russian or European as all drivers are required to have dash cams so is that much more entertaining.
