JJBIRISH: you hit it spot on, "ambiguous". As I stated, I've not had the problem, but read a lease being offered and listened to several worried residents and I think it is going to be problematic given the nature of the owner and the ambiguity of the lease. My coach rolls, and I don't have to be here, can leave, but I surely will not return on a lease such as that even though it is less expensive by the month. Now I wonder if the daily and weekly bits have the same insertion in them. Wonder if other parks have the same thing going on, if it is becoming a trend, slowly, unobtrusively.
