There are a number of RV sites that can be purchased in Florida. When you buy one of those sites, you will have much more opportunity to set your own rules subject to the agreed upon covenants of the complex. When you rent a site, you are subject to the rules of the owner of the site.
As a renter of storage sites and buildings, in Florida, I have always contractually reserved the right to inspect any unit stored at any time. While I can assure you I have no curiosity as to the contents of the stored RV, I maintain this right for the protection of the complex, the other users of the complex, and ultimately the protection of the entered RV owner.
I have seen RVs left unattended and un-inspected for months at a time. I have seen these RVs with water leaking out of them, smoke coming out of them, obvious signs of breaking and entering, and a variety of other unsafe conditions. Anytime I have needed to exercise my rights of entry, it has usually resulted in the owner profusely thinking me for my attention to his property.
If in fact you are so paranoid about your property rights or so un-trusting of the owner of the complex, you need to spend full time attending your property or move. Otherwise you should receive some solace that someone is concerned about your property in your absence.
