Agreed...In my experience you can't write an agreement that anticipates every possible circumstance. There has to be an underlying level of trust that is simply guided by an agreement. If you can't trust the person you are doing business with then the agreement is not going to save you.
It is reasonable in my view for the park owner to have the right to access your rig for valid purposes, like it's on fire and endangering the surrounding rigs...or water is gushing out from under the front door....etc. The problem is when you grant access in the agreement how do you limit the owner from snooping and just going in to "inspect"?
Now you are into trying to address every possible circumstance under which access would be allowed. All the owner would have to claim if you caught him snooping was "I thought I smelled smoke".
Bottom line, if you are hesitant about trusting this guy, find another RV park.
