6 month contracts seasonal waives the Fourth?

I live and travel primarily in Florida as it is my home state and I am a native Floridian. Been a full-timer since around 1989, so there have been many experiences and changes in the milieu we have been discussing. I took a 6 month lease because I like to sit still sometimes while I access my work. The park I chose is an old one, but in a beautiful area of cypress and pine and fields and my photography skills get honed a bit with the wildlife. The park has been kept old, because nothing has been allowed to change much. I am Internet savvy, so several of the elderly residents asked questions about their concerns about their new contracts so I went hunting for information and thought I would present it to people capable of discussing something that may concern a lot of us as we go along. And I want to thank you for taking it seriously enough to present your opinions and experiences. In no way am I "paranoid" or making anyone into anything evil. I think you realize the import of the discussion. It's been my experience that those who begin yelling about devils and paranoia often feel some threat to what THEY are doing, their ethics.
