Seriously? You can't figure out why that is?
You can load a vehicle unevenly. That's why there are separate front and rear ratings, which can combine to be more than the gross rating.
Load a bunch of stuff in the back so you hit the rear rating, and you'll then hit the gross rating before you hit the front one. You're not supposed to exceed any of the ratings, and the tires are spec'd to support any allowable axle load.
