89 ford econoline 350 fuel drip
Hi guys, I found this underneath leaking fuel. Can you tell me what this l shaped piece is and how to replace it?

The older fuel lines have a plastic retainer that is colored light blue and fits inside one of the ends and when connected actually holds the connection together, I do not see that plastic at all so some one has placed a tie strap to force the lines together.
Go to the parts store and purchase the "lock" and reconnect the lines, they should stop leaking.
