Hi guys, I found this underneath leaking fuel. Can you tell me what this l shaped piece is and how to replace it?

Or did he remove the frame mounted fuel pump? From the factory it had two one in the tank and one on the frame. Maybe they went with an high pressure in tank pump. Do you see a filter or fuel pump?
