98 Legacy Outback and Blue Ox Base Plate Question

I don't know the answer to your question, but the height does not come into the equation. It is whether or not the base plate attaches to the car. Differences in height may require a receiver to compensate for the difference in height between the toad and the RV. I use a drop receiver to compensate for the 4" difference in height.
