Okay i'm not trying to start a flaming war here but i have probably the worlds dumbest question. What is tail wagging the dog and what does it feel like? I have never had this problem but see it talke...

It means the trailer is too much for the truck. An example would be going down a steep grade, where the trailer wants to keep going faster and the truck can't slow down.
