Okay i'm not trying to start a flaming war here but i have probably the worlds dumbest question. What is tail wagging the dog and what does it feel like? I have never had this problem but see it talke...

Not necessarily. It happens when my Reese dual cam is improperly adjusted as it's picky about the cam lobe alignment.
But yes, dog's tails do not typically cause the rest of the do to move. So trailers should not cause the tow vehicle to move.
