Even better tires will bulge. What sounds like the problem is separation as I've seen in dissected cross sections of tires. Have them professionally checked to be sure and you will never regret it.
X2-I recently had 3 BFG Commercial 225/75R16LT T/A's go bad with one throwing the tread. The other two had a bulge and I found them with broken belts. Jack a tire up enough to turn. Spin the wheel and see if it wobbles or take them to a tire dealer and they can check them.
