Maybe P.1. was an example of "throwing something against the wall to see if it sticks". ;) - MrWizardModeratorAs a full-timer , I use the A/C a lot during the summer
"Never use the A/C , was Never in the thought process" - Grit_dogNavigatorPretty sure the OP ghosted this thread after P. 1.

I bought my trailer new in 2005. I think in the last 15 years I've probably turned my AC on a total of 5 times. And three of those times was just curiosity to see it it still turned on.
Is there anybody else on here that never uses their AC?
Your "home" indicates San Diego. If you camp in that area - you don't need it.
However, if you go to the Colorado River (AZ) or Lake Havasu in the summer you will need all the A/C you can get....and then some!!
. - thomasgunnarExplorerWe use ours constantly it seems. My wife doesn't do well in the heat. Where we do most of our camping we see 80+ temps during our camping season.

This thread is laughable.
People in cooler climates don't use AC.
People in hotter climates use AC.
I'm willing to bet more snow shovels are sold in Minnesota vs Alabama each winter.
I think you're on to something. - Edd505Explorer

You don't live in the desert SW, 7:30PM and it's 94, been 100 plus about a week here in NM & AZ has been worse. - pnicholsExplorer IIJust as one last tidbit related to this discussion:
Buying and maintaining an RV is (relatively) expensive, so we bought and now maintain a small Class C motorhome that for our money does not limit us, other than not being all-wheel drive. All of it works and we use all of it's capability to be comfortable anywhere - in at least the U.S. - as required and expected.
We don't plan our destinations based on the capabilities, or lack thereof, inherent in our RV. It's the other way around - the RV must keep us comfortable - wherever we go for whatever reasons not related to the RV.
We pushed our little motorhome to the limit in a long trip through the Southern U.S. in July-August and it's A/C made it comfortable. We had no choice on doing it in the worst possible choice of months, but the RV was flexible enough to handle it. - kellemExplorerThis thread is laughable.
