So what has been your experience? I don't like the idea of that outer tire just "hanging" there!
They are right. You only need 1 because you can only use 1. If you put it on the inner tire, the outer tire will be higher and a 2nd one would do you no good. It doesn't hurt the outer tire to just hang there. Its got 8 studs...it'll be fine.
