I doubt the Andersen polyurethane bushings have either enough volume or the necessary resonant frequency to generate any significant amount of damping.
If a TV/TT combination seems to have less pitch-axis articulation when using the Andersen WDH, I think it's more likely to be caused by the relatively large amount of friction between ball and coupler due to the high level of longitudinal force resulting from chain tension.
